In 3, the other dielectric heating

If the process must be operated at high temperature or to avoid using high pressure heating system, using other medium instead of water and steam, such as mineral oil ( 275～ 300 ℃), biphenyl ether mixture ( boiling point is 258 ℃), molten salt ( 140～ 540 ℃), liquid lead ( melting point 327 ℃).

In 4, the electric heating

The resistance wire is wound on the reactor barrel body insulating layer, or mounted in a reaction kettle for some distance from the ad hoc insulator, therefore, the resistance wire and the reaction kettle body is formed between the small space gap.

Four, stirring structure

In a small reactor used in chemical reaction, to ensure the reaction is evenly and quickly, improve efficiency, usually in a reaction kettle with corresponding stirring device, then bring the transmission shaft dynamic sealing and leakage preventing problems.

Matters needing attention
